My ex took my two girls knowing full well he’d never give me enough money for me to be able to afford to get them back on my own. There is now a rather acrimonious custody battle ahead which he has already hired an attorney for. This is why I need your help, friends. Even the smallest amount helps (or, if you know any pro-bono family lawyers in Los Angeles county, that would be great too). Thank you!

Funds will be used to pay the deposit for a lawyer. I will then arrange for a payment plan which I should hopefully be okay with. The most important part is definitely this deposit though, as I just don’t make enough at this point to be able to put that kind of money aside.
