Hi

My name is Oleg Flow. I am from Ukraine. I have been living in California since 2007.

In 2008 I lost both of my parents. I only have my older brother as a family. His name is Kirill Evessev. He was born with some disabilities, and I am taking care of him.

He went on a walk with his dog. As soon as he stepped outside, the Russian rocket hit the house. The dog saved his life. Luckily he was evacuated. Now he is in a refugee camp in a small town Starii, Lviv region, near the Polish border. Since the war began, I have lived in hell every day, trying to help him survive.

He is the invalid of the 3 degrees. But his documents were burned in the house. So they don't let him leave the country. Now he is going through the medical re-examination in the same town, hoping to be exused from the army and go to Poland. After he is in Europe I am planning to find him place to live and take care of all his needs.
