Una scalata, un record del mondo, un aiuto concreto.

In collaborazione con l’organizzazione non-profit Impact Initiative Nepal, aiuteremo dei giovani coinvolti nelle violente rivolte dello scorso Settembre, a Kathmandu, che hanno portato alla morte 76 ragazzi e oltre 2000 feriti. La situazione del paese è seria e preoccupante: un quarto della popolazione nepalese vive sotto la soglia di povertà. Il tasso di disoccupazione è al 12,6 per cento, e tra le generazioni più giovani supera il 20 per cento. Secondo Transparency International, un ente indipendente e non profit, il Nepal è lo stato più corrotto dell’Asia ed è in basso anche nella classifica mondiale. (fonte ilpost.it)

Questi giovani, appunto della Generazione Z, si sono ribellati all'inaccettabile corruzione da parte del governo, segnando un'importante punto di svolta nella lotta per la stabilità sociale ed economica.

Grazie al tuo sostegno e all’organizzazione non-profit Impact Initiative Nepal, individueremo questi giovani in difficoltà e forniremo loro tutto l’aiuto necessario. Il ricavato di questa raccolta sarà interamente devoluto all’organizzazione al fine di coprire le spese dei loro studi. Questo è fondamentale per il loro sviluppo personale e, di conseguenza, per quello di un paese che merita un futuro all’altezza delle sue vette, non meno che alla vita dei suoi cittadini.

Sono un musicista professionista, runner agonista e amante della montagna e dell'alpinismo. Ad Aprile, scalerò l’Himlung Himal, una montagna di 7126 metri, in Himalaya, al confine con il Tibet. La spedizione alpinistica è organizzata da Seven Summt, agenzia certificata che ha pianificato ogni dettaglio: trasferimenti, logistica, sherpa, vettovaglie, attrezzatura e sicurezza in alta quota. La partenza è fissata per il 10 Aprile e avrà la durata di 33 giorni.

A coronamento della beneficenza e della scalata, tenterò di stabilire un nuovo record del mondo, tenendo un'esecuzione in forma di concerto live-streaming, alla quota di oltre 7000 metri. Come trombettista, sarà un modo per rendere omaggio alle giovani vittime di tutte le guerre e di governi corrotti e ingiusti.

A climb, a world record, a concrete help.

I am a professional musician, a competitive runner, and a mountain lover. In early April, I will climb Himlung Himal, a 7.126-meters peak in the Himalayas, bordering Tibet. The alpinistic expedition is organized by Seven Summit, a certified agency that has planned every detail: transfers, logistics, Sherpas, supplies, equipment, and high-altitude safety. Departure is scheduled for April 10th and will last 33 days. This climb, challenging due to the long approach, the freezing temperatures, and the high altitude, has become the excuse to accomplish much more.

The undertaking will be crowned with a charity project. In collaboration with the nonprofit Impact Initiative Nepal, we will help young people caught up in the violent riots last September in Kathmandu, which left 72 young people dead and over 2,000 injured. The situation in the country is serious and worrying: a quarter of Nepal's population lives below the poverty line. The unemployment rate stands at 12.6 percent, and among younger generations it exceeds 20 percent. These young people, Generation Z, have rebelled against unacceptable government corruption, marking an important turning point in the fight for social and economic stability. 

Thanks to your support and the nonprofit Impact Initiative Nepal, we will identify these young people in need and provide them with all the assistance they need. All proceeds from this collection will be donated to the organization to cover their studies. This is crucial for their personal development and, 

consequently, for that of a country that deserves a future worthy of its heights, no less than for the lives of its citizens.

To crown my charity and my climb, I will attempt to set a new world record, giving a live-streamed concert performance at an altitude of over 7,000 meters. As a trumpet player, it will be a way to pay tribute to the young victims of all wars and corrupt and unjust governments.
