Hi, friends!

If you’ve followed along over the last few years, you've probably noticed the giant blanket collection site outside of Whirlybird and seen our call to love our [unhoused] neighbors. We've been going to the streets to meet people where they’re at, providing them with food, blankets, gloves, hygiene items, prayer, and relationship. What started as small acts of service out of the back of a teeny tiny car has grown into a full-time, boots-on-the-ground ministry. We even finally gave it a name: M25, inspired by Matthew 25!

"For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me."

M25 has grown beyond what we ever imagined. We’re now in our third year of serving, and M25 has officially become the umbrella for everything we’ve been doing: meeting physical needs, building relationships, and sharing Hope and Love with people who often feel unseen. Thanks to community donations of blankets and supplies, a team of volunteers with beautiful hearts to serve, and a newly-launched life group through our church, we now operate out of multiple storage spaces and coordinate consistent outreaches to serve people. But with growth comes new challenges… and a new goal!

The Vision: A Mobile Mission Base

We are seeking to fund a large van/box truck/ambulance/old party bus, etc. to be used for street outreach. A vehicle like this would completely transform what we do, allowing us to serve more people, more effectively, with more dignity.

For insight, we currently operate out of multiple personal vehicles, loaded to the brim with everything we can cram in. We've got it down to a pretty good system, but it's certainly not ideal and impedes our ability to provide all supplies, resources, and services at once due to lack of space. We could be doing SO MUCH MORE!!!

Securing an "M25 Mobile" is an opportunity to fulfill the dream of having a true mobile base of hope for the work God is doing through M25 and provide a one-stop-shop (including meals served on-site!!) for our unhoused neighbors.

Even if we don't pull off enough to make the vehicle dream happen quite yet, we'll keep working toward it and serving with our whole hearts! Your donations will directly aid people in the local community who are experiencing homelessness.

Donations support everything from ponchos, tarps, and warmers, to medical supplies, frostbite/sunburn treatment, hygiene items, menstrual products, hot meals, drinks, and other sustenance...and so much more! Monetary donations allow us to serve people as the special individuals they are, each with their own individual needs, situations, preferences, and challenges. We have story upon story of how a donation has allowed us to offer life-saving assistance to people without shelter, from getting a hotel room for a single mom and her 6-year-old child who were trying to brave a winter night in a car with no gas, to being able to pick up prescriptions for someone with a serious medical need but no insurance or money to pay for their medicine. We couldn't do it without you, and we hope you know that you are truly making a life-changing, life-saving impact with your compassion and generosity.
