Lynice Dorgan (Dean and Heather Dorgan) grew up in Grenfell SK, went to Minot State Univ and met the love of her life, Kris Firey. They married in 2014 and now live in Alaska close to Kris' family.
As you may have heard by now Lynice went to the hospital in the night in Soldotna and after being checked out by the doctor there they discovered she had HELLP (a condition much like preclampsia but more severe). She had to be rushed from Soldotna to Anchorage via helicopter for an emergency c-section. They delivered their baby boy March 10 @ 5:45am weighing in at 580 grams that's only 1.3lbs! They are in for a long stay at NICU in a city more than 3hrs from their home. The medical bills alone will be staggering and with the added struggles of missed work, traveling, and every day bills still coming in they could really use our help right now.
