Hi, my name is Samantha Lamin-Green and I am fundraising for my Sister In-Law Lyndsey Vargas-Lamin. Lyndsey passed away unexpectedly in her sleep July 5th. I was asked by my brother Delano to setup this account due to an outpouring of people asking how can they help.

Lyndsey was a very caring, loving and thoughtful person. She was very vocal about her love for her husband and son, as she would call Delano #1 and Delano #2. She was hands down a GREAT mother, astronomical support to her son's future. Her son had a 5 year plan at just 5 years old. Lyndsey was there for all of Delano #2's milestones. Most recently, his 18th birthday and high school graduation. We are deeply saddened that she will not be there in the physical for more.

Let us not forget Lyndsey's humbleness. I kept in touch with Lyndsey pretty often and we had a good relationship. And though I do not use Twitter myself, I was shocked to see the following she has. I had no idea, she never mentioned it. She never mentioned she was doing all this good work, touching people's lives across the country. The outpouring of messages and condolences from friends has been overwhelming and appreciated. It says a lot about a person when people who have never met you, want to leave a message about how you impacted their lives.

Lyndsey left behind a community of followers to huddle around her family. Please keep sharing your messages. The family finds comfort in them and Delano #2 needs to know what a great force his mother was. For those who would like to do something please use this account to donate. There is no real goal it's set up for those who want to help. All proceeds will go to support Delano #2 on his new journey to college in September.
