A week before she was due to enter the world, our beautiful Lyla sadly passed away in her mummy’s tummy. No words can truly describe the heartbreak our family has experienced. Through the most unimaginable loss, both her mum, Jade, and dad, Jamie, have shown incredible strength, courage and love. Watching them navigate this heartbreak with such resilience has been truly inspiring, and we are so proud of them.

Although we never got the chance to watch Lyla grow up, she will always be loved, remembered, and forever be a part of our family.

To help raise awareness, on October 3rd 2026, alongside Lyla’s Dad and some of our old football team, we are attempting the 3 Peaks Challenge in Lyla’s memory. Every step we take is for her, and to help raise money for SANDS who support families who experience the unimaginable pain of stillbirth and baby loss. No family should have to face this journey alone, and the support these charities provide can make an enormous difference during the darkest of times.
