As many of you know, I am in the family nurse practitioner program at Texas State and will be graduating this May. I have been presented with the unique opportunity to be a part of a medical mission trip to help the people of Nicaragua. I am hoping to raise $2,000, which will cover the cost of the entire trip including room and board, and the flight from Houston to Managua. I will have the opportunity to provide medical care in the local hospital as well as the free clinic. I will be providing medical care to the people of Nicaragua that they may otherwise not have access to.

If you are able to donate I would be grateful, however if you are not able to do so financially I do ask for your prayers, not only for myself, but also for the people of Nicaragua. The medical mission trip is in April. I will also be accepting unused medical supplies until April 1, 2015.
