Luna‘s Skip to Flip Hunger
Hello, my name is Luna and I am fundraising for Bristol North West Foodbank.
I volunteer with them during the school holidays and have seen donations drop so, I am taking on a new challenge to raise some money for them.
I am skipping 1,000 skips a day in the month of June. That is a total of 30,000 skips.
Please share my challenge and, if you can, donate to my ‘Kanga Ganga GoFundMe’ page.
Thank you, from Luna ‘Kanga’
Message from my parents;
Here we go again! Luna has decided to take on a new challenge to support Bristol North West Foodbank.
This will be Luna’s sixth challenge; previously, she’s walked between the five foodbank outlets in a Buzz Lightyear outfit, she’s rowed 2,000 metres every day for a month, she did 1,000 jumps a day on a pogo stick for a month, she cycled the distance from Land’s End to John O’Groats on a static bike and swam the lengths of the English Channel in a swimming pool.
Also, Luna will be celebrating her birthday in June and has asked for donations for the Foodbank and Homebank instead of presents from family and friends.
She loves volunteering during the school holidays. She enjoys spending time with the volunteers and helping with anything that needs doing in the warehouse.
Do you want to join our little skipping kangaroo in making a difference? Share her fundraiser and, if you’re able to, donate a few pounds. Every donation will help the Foodbank to support more people in need of their services.
Thank you.
