Lumi (Light and Illuminate) Shining hope for our elders.

Hi, my name is Luciana, and I’m 12 years old from Bethesda, Maryland.

On a recent trip to Colombia, I visited an elderly home that truly changed me. The people I met were so kind, and I realized how much they need support. I donated some money and volunteered while I was there, and it made me feel proud and inspired.

That’s why I’m launching Lumi (Light + Illuminate) “Shining hope for our elders.” a project to raise $5,000 by December 2025 to help buy food, medical supplies, and support caregivers in the home.
