Dear Lulu City Homeowners:

The HOA currently has a beautification fund where homeowners can donate monies to be used to beautify the property. As discussed at the March board meeting, several homeowners have volunteered to be on the beatification committee. With the beautiful new pool now completed, we would like to focus our attention to the common area, with a priority on the following elements:

Building the BBQ area

Updating the pool furniture

Landscaping

Firepit and bench seating

Other i.e., exterior of the mechanical room and potentially a new entrance sign

We are currently raising funds to complete the above projects. A homeowner has graciously agreed to match funds through (insert date). You can send cash or a check made out to Lulu City HOA – designating the beautification project.

This Common Area Beautification Project is focused on the finishing touches on the pool area. It is a volunteer project by a group of us Lulu owners. It is not an HOA project. It is not part of the capital budget or plan.
