Christian and Kylie are devoted parents to five beautiful children. Since the birth of their youngest, their family has faced unimaginable challenges. Their baby has spent the majority of the past six months in hospital, battling serious health complications.

Due to the need for specialist medical care, Kylie and the baby were relocated to a hospital in Brisbane over 1,800 kilometers from their home in Cairns. Christian and their four other children had to return to Cairns so he could continue working and keep the family financially afloat. With no immediate family nearby, Christian has relied heavily on the support of friends to care for the children while balancing work and the emotional toll of the situation.

Recently, Kylie and the baby were able to return to the Cairns hospital. Sadly, they have now received the heartbreaking news that their time with their precious baby is limited.

On top of the emotional weight, the family is facing a significant financial burden. They are now preparing for the devastating reality of arranging a funeral, along with the many unexpected costs that come with such a loss.
