Back-to-back hurricanes devastated Puerto Rico in September. Though relief efforts have been underway for some time, more still needs to be done. Calvary Chapel Worship Center is partnering with Calvary Chapel Puerto Rico to help families rebuild their lives after a catastrophic hurricane season. From November 24-December 1, Seth Borges and Lucky Keefner are flying to Puerto Rico with the Calvary Chapel group to assist with cutting down trees, removing debris, and building roofs.
Both Lucky and Seth work for a construction restoration company as project managers, and plan to make a big impact with their able skills.
Lucky Keefner (right) is a single father with six kids. Lucky spends all of his off time serving Calvary Chapel in children's ministry, leading Trail Life, and many other additional leadership responsibilities.
Seth Borges (left) is always looking for opportunities to serve, and with his construction background, will be a valuable asset to the Calvary Chapel relief team.
The cost for each flight is $750 totaling a need for $1500. Please help fund these two volunteers fly to Puerto Rico. Donations exceeding our goal will be shared with others in the group to help with their flight costs.
