Lucky Bag Project 2024- In Memory of Kevin

As we approach the holiday season, the Higgins family is asking for donations in memory of Kevin. For those who are unfamiliar with the story, when Kevin went to chemo, he would often bring the other patients lottery tickets to bring them a little luck and brighten their day during tough times. Throughout the year, but especially during the holiday season, we could all be a little more like Kevin.

That is why we created Lucky Bags. These bags will feature items beneficial to chemo patients... hard candies, fuzzy socks, hand sanitizer, and of course, a lottery ticket. The balance of the money raised will be donated to the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Kevin, as well as other loved ones received treatments at this center. The infusion center, which provides chemotherapy, immunotherapy and biotherapy, is a critical component to provide patients with access to the most promising and life-saving treatments, clinical trials, and innovations in the communities where they live and work.

Although Kevin is no longer with us, we are inspired by his kindness every day. Thank you in advance for your donations!
