Rural women! It’s time to be seen...
The Gnowangerup community and surrounding districts are so excited about the newly constructed “Horsepower Highway” - this project has been made possible through the donations and hard work of community volunteers. Now, it’s your chance to be involved!!
We have received an awesome idea to advocate for the Rural Woman - the integral part they play in the life of our communities is vital! We are the backbone! The “Lucinda” Tractor Project for Rural Women will enable a feature on The Horsepower Highway to remind people of this fact and to encourage participation in our local lives!
We would like to help purchase a vintage tractor to paint PINK. It would be professionally painted and displayed on The Horsepower Highway as a sign of female solidarity!
So ladies (and our supporters), help us out!
Funds will be earmarked for this particular purpose and directed immediately to GNP360 to carry out the logistics of the project.
