Ride for Hope: 43 Hours for Mental Health

Tax deductible
Hi! For those of you who don't know me, I am Lucas Livermon. I am a professional cyclist living in Cary, NC.

May is Bike month and it is also Mental Health Awareness month. Every 43 seconds someone dies by suicide. My goal is to ride for at least 43 hours, over 7 days, to raise money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Mental health and suicide are issues that I have struggled with for a large portion of my life. My hope is not only to raise money for a great organization but also to hopefully start some conversations and bring more awareness to mental health. All donations go directly to the non-profit. I hope you follow along to hear about my journey and why I think mental health awareness is so important. #stopthestigma

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about American Foundation for Suicide Prevention: The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide.
