We are LP34, a leadership team raising funds to support Teens in Leadership Training (TILT). This program empowers at-risk teens and kids who need real direction with mentorship, guidance, and tools for growth. We are committed to making an impact and helping the next generation rise. Why This Matters to Us

For many of us in LP34, this mission is personal. Growing up, a lot of us did not have programs like TILT. We did not have mentorship, structure, or a community that believed in us. We had to figure life out the hard way and learn lessons that could have been prevented if we had a support system early on. That is exactly why we are stepping up today. We get to be the people we wish we had when we were younger, and we get to lift up the teens who need direction right now.

What TILT Provides

TILT gives young people more than just leadership training. It gives them a safe space to be themselves. It gives them connection, confidence, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and a group of people who truly care about their growth. TILT creates a positive environment for teens to learn, build courage, and uncover the potential they already have inside them. This program teaches them life skills that stay with them forever. The tools they receive today can change the entire course of their future.
