Empower Under-Served Youth in California, Massachusetts, Ohio, Mexico & China!
The Torch Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that offers leadership training to at-risk teens from low-income, under-served neighborhoods throughout the United States and abroad for the past 19 years. The Torch Foundation's ambitious mission seeks to inspire, transform and engage underprivileged youth by instilling in each teen confidence, passion and desire to actively create the life of their dreams and to produce amazing results in their own families and communities.
The Torch Foundation Training includes a two-day experiential leadership workshop designed to profoundly alter the lives of young adults. It is followed up by one month of coaching and a graduation celebrating the Teens' success! Its unique format allows the teens to experience an environment of trust that fosters openness, honesty, and self-expression.

Notable institutions with which the Torch Foundation is partnering include the Anaheim Police Department and the University of Southern California.
In March 2019 the Torch Foundation did their first Training in the Los Angeles Unified School District with two high schools and a middle school. The Torch Foundation now has a Memorandum of Understanding to bring the Training to teenagers across LAUSD, the second largest school district in the United States.
LP165 teammates who have volunteered for the Torch Foundation Trainings and worked with the teenagers have described their experience as nothing short of profound and life changing.
Our goal is to generate $40,000 by November 8, 2019 to send 100 at-risk youth to this life-changing experiential leadership training.
Every dollar counts towards impacting the lives of these teens.
