LowerNine.org : Rebuilding NOLA !!

This April Harper Day, Josh, Kacper, Richard (all Whitney Young Students) and myself will be traveling to NOLA to join forces with Lowernine.Org to help rebuid homes still devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

Together, with about 30 other students from all around this glorious globe, we will be dry walling, tiling, sheet rocking, roofing and painting houses from all around the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans. Still only 35% reoccupied.

We are staying there for a week and hopefully finish a house that will re-home the previous owners from 10 years ago!

Can you help out our small but brave team on our adventure to NOLA?
We are driving  932  miles, renting a small home from a local and working every day for a week! I am going to be cooking everyday to  keep these young men strong and energized.
No amount is too small and will be tremendously appriciated by the 5 of us!
