Hi, my name is James Anderson from the award-winning community initiative

Depher CIC UK.

Every day, we see people who need support because they just cannot make their income stretch far enough, from elderly and disabled people to low-income families.

This photo shows the people who queue outside our community food drive, waiting to gain support, 5 days a week.

We purchase for our food drive alone £12,000.00 of food every month, supporting over 800 families and individuals every week, we buy from wholesalers and supermarkets and always look for the cheapest.

We run a national food delivery service, once you are accepted for the support we place an order online, pay for it and have it delivered to your door, very simple and very efficient way of getting emergency support to those who need it quickly.

We also support many foodbanks and community initiatives around the United Kingdom, with food deliveries so that they can continue to support those in need.

We are very proud of the boiler repair and replacement service that we supply nationally, giving continuous support to the elderly and disabled, especially through the winter months.

We have now assisted and helped thousands around the country with FREE repairs and FREE boilers.

The lady below was living in conditions that would have taken her life, we were asked to see if we could help her, we did and she is still alive and happy, but now safe.

Her home was full of dangers, putting her in great danger, we completed lots of work including carpets, doors, safety work and a new fire.

Empty fridges and empty cupboards are now seen every day, something that we tackle immediately, making sure that the children are nourished and have meals.

This gent came in to see us, he was so confused because he could not understand why he received a bill for over 1,000 pounds, we dealt with it for him and now he won't need to panic.

We have an education initiative that helps to support 1000s of children every month with self-esteem, anxiety, self-worth and community understanding.

Giving them belief in themselves and their family, their school work and teamwork has improved by at least 80%

The lady below has Mary behind her, praying, well she needed it as we found her with a danger-to-life appliance that would have killed her.

We removed her boiler and installed a FREE boiler the next day, she is now safe, warm and forever happy.

The gent above was facing the fight of his life against cancer, he had no heating or hot water, and we installed a FREE boiler a few days later.

Little Alex received his new bionic arm, a special moment for him and his family.

We are a well-established and fully trusted community interest company that is based in Burnley, Lancashire.

We assist members of the public in many areas of the UK, remotely assisting with the cost of emergency plumbing and heating, food, gas, electricity and much more.

We have proven over the last 6 years that Depher can and does work, we have already come through a pandemic and are now through a cost-of-living crisis, we are robust and we know 100% that this can and will be achieved.

We now need you to believe in us again as you have over the years, supporting us will give the people of this country a voice again, a roar of hope and community.

The depher teams and staff work 7 days a week to deliver a lifeline to those who have been rejected and cannot find answers, we remove the red tape and the hurdles with direct help to the people.

We do not have fancy wages or bonus systems, every penny goes to the heart of the problem and the heart of the country.

The government and councils do not support Depher CiC with any form of funding or donations; we rely on the kindness and generosity of the public and high-profile community members.

We send food to families and individuals all over the UK every week and support hundreds with gas and electricity top-ups.
