Hi, my name is Monique Proper and I am creating this fundraiser for our dear friends, the Pantoja Family.

Our hearts are with Angie and Dap (David) Pantoja during this incredibly difficult time. Angie is currently in the ICU, fighting hard and undergoing multiple surgeries after an unexpected and critical diagnosis. She is so strong, and we continue to pray for her healing every step of the way.

Dap—known and loved by so many in our community as “The Taco Man”—has put everything on hold to be by Angie’s side, where he needs to be most, which means he is unable to work or serve the community during this time. The emotional toll is heavy, and the financial strain only adds to the weight they are carrying.

This GoFundMe has been created to help lift that burden and provide some peace of mind as they navigate medical care, recovery, and the unknown days ahead. Any donation—big or small—will help cover medical expenses, lost income, and daily needs, allowing Dap to remain where he is needed most: with Angie.

Angie and Dap have the biggest hearts and have always shown up for their family, friends and community. Now it’s our turn to show up for them.
