These are orphans, prisoners , and the streets - vunerable people who, through no fault of their own , have been stripped of the safety, love and oppoetunities that every perosn deserves. Without proper care, they are at an elevated risk of malnutrition , illeness, exploitation, and a future devoid of hope.
