Mark & Cathy (Wilson) Schilke’s 8 month old daughter Haisley was born with multiple diagnoses that will require many surgeries.
They recently had a very hard setback during one of the surgeries and little Haisley suffered a stroke which has caused even more damage to her already struggling little body.
We can’t take away the pain the family is feeling, maybe we can take away some of the stress.
In order to be with Haisley, the Schilkes had to get an apartment in Omaha while also having a home in Imperial. They spend countless hours at the hospital by Haisley’s side. We can all imagine the emotional, physical, and financial toll of maintaining two homes and traveling back and forth between Omaha and Imperial to be there for their other children as well. We want to do whatever we can to help ease the burden for the family.
We are collecting donations to help the family through this difficult time and to help with medical bills.
In addition to helping with medical bills, some other ideas include buying pre-cooked meals, household help (cleaning service), gift cards for gas, or even a couples massage for Mark and Cathy because they need a break from reality, even if for a brief moment.
We are open to suggestions on any other ideas anyone might have on what we can do for them.
They need all the love and support we can give so share all your ideas, please.
