Hi, my name is Chantel. I’m starting this fundraiser to help my Gramp, who has unfortunately been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Our family is absolutely heartbroken, and we want to do everything we can to support him through this battle.

My Nan and Gramp have raised me from a very young age, and I love them both dearly — as does the rest of our family. They have always taken care of us, and now I want to do what I can to help them through such a vulnerable and difficult time.

While my Gramp is fighting hard, the financial burden has been heavy for our family — especially for my Nan, who co-owns their beautiful home with my Gramp. It’s a home full of love and memories, and a place our whole family treasures.

Gramp’s illness has sadly forced him out of work, making it incredibly difficult for them to keep up with their mortgage. Our greatest hope is that they’ll be able to stay in their home, surrounded by comfort and familiarity during this time.

We’re asking for your help — anything you’re able to give will go directly to my grandparents, helping to ease the financial stress so that Gramp can focus on healing, and we can all focus on supporting him.
