On February 23, 2021, our Emma Caster unexpectedly lost her beloved fiance Erik. Erik was not just her fiance, but also the father of her unborn baby. This tragedy has left the family in a state of mourning and uncertainty. Though Emma has the emotional support of her and Erik’s family and friends, being unmarried to Erik, left her without financial support for herself and their baby. Finances are really the last thing she should have to worry about as she copes with the grieving process of losing Erik. As Emma’s family, friends and community, let’s show her that she does not have to carry this on her own. Emma and her baby (due in August) are staying with family for now, but will eventually need a place of their own. While Emma is mourning the loss of her fiance, and taking care of herself emotionally, family and friends of both Emma and Erik, are looking to support her as much as we can.
