This feed is to fund purchase of equipment for the installation of a railroad radio feed covering the railroads of the greater Louisville Metro area: CSX, NS, LIRC, and P&L. The host location will be a private business in downtown New Albany, IN. There will be individual feeds for each railroad along with an area-wide feed covering all railroads. The list of equipment to be purchased as follows:
- Feed computer: $200-$250 (powerful PC necessary for SDR usage)
- SDRplay RSP1B SDR: $150
- VHF Antenna: $200
- Coax: $100
- Miscellaneous parts: $50
- Lunch for the install crew: TBD (Surprise us!)
