Louisburgh-Killeen Heritage Website Upgrade

Louisburgh & Killeen Heritage in partnership with the National Museum of Country Life in Castlebar, maintain an open access website http://www.louisburgh-killeenheritage.org

We are part of the Irish Community Archive Network, (iCAN) a group of community-led websites dedicated to showcasing the local history of Ireland.

In Louisburgh-Killeen Heritage we are all volunteers and encourage contributions from anyone interested in the archiving, education, preservation and sharing of all aspects of life in Louisburgh & Killeen. We have engaged in many community projects over the past ten years using our website.

We really need to upgrade and update our website so that more interactive participation can be achieved into the future. Any monies raised will be spent directly on this development of our community website.

Since 2011 we have been honoured to have played a small part in the connecting of people from our community and all around the world. The memories we share have highlighted the importance of our website. We have so many more projects we want to deliver and with your help we can do this.

We really appreciate any donation you make, no matter how small,  every little helps.
The sooner we get the funds in place the new look website can be achieved, and we can continue to showcase our local heritage and traditions on a global stage.

Thank you from all the Volunteers at Louisburgh-Killeen Heritage.
