(See video) My name is Bobby, and I am a father of an amazing young boy who I've dedicated my life to protecting, providing, nurturing and training him up from the time he was born and to this day. The other parent abandoned our house in 2018 and left our two sons and I without warning.

Since then, she has purposely filed false claims (protective) without presenting proof in court as a quick and easy way to get custody of our son before a proper court hearing is held (custody and divorce court). People use bogus court filings (called the silver bullet) as a way to gain leverage when in a divorce, custody and child support dispute. The civil complaints become criminal charges once you file a violation of orginal order, I have lost my full-time job (you cannot pass a background check when you have criminal charges pending).

Luckily, I have won all of the violation of court order cases but this person keeps filing new bogus allegations over and over and the courts of Howard County Maryland say it's nothing that can stop her or anyone from filing new temporary orders.

I have been unable to obtain a new job due and lost my stable and good paying job that I had prior to these filings to the false claims. This has been a heavy financial and emotional burden on me (lost wages and mounting excessive legal fees to protect my son and I from further damage and harm).

As a strategy, many people often repeatedly take the opposing party to court as a means to drain their finances and ultimately lose as a result of not being able to pay for adequate representation or represenation at all. This tactic has constrained me in many ways. I rarely get to see my son on my court-appointed days with no repercussions for her actions for not abiding by what was ordered by the court. I have gone as long as seven months without my son and I seeing each other. Our son has asked to repeatedly to be able to spend time with people other than the opposing parent who plays keep away but she continues to file false protective orders to temporarily halt access.

When I do manage to get time with my son we repeatedly have to deal with police officers and sheriffs (in great numbers) on numerous occasions (through bogus filings and temporary orders) approaching us as a result of her sending them to us. There has been two ocassions where the sherrifs have shown up with 10 or more people to take my son away on my court-appointed day for no reason at all but from a bogus order his mother has filed just to intercept time. Once we get to court she often does not show up for the court hearing and when she does appear and have to present a bigger burden of proof in a higher court, she loses and Mason is taken off of the order and returned to me.

This causes him and I trauma and grief yet the courts (Howard County circuit court judges in the state of Maryland) often overlook these behaviors and actions on purpose. Thankfully, one of these events has finally been caught on camera. The most recent account occurred on November 4th (video captured) when she emailed me to meet her at a public place to drop our son off for me to get him on my day. She was court-ordered to send him home to me. She had no intention of dropping him off. Three minutes after she let him go, ten police officers and sheriffs approached us and took my son away (crying hysterically to stay with me) only to give him back to his mother.

The stay away (protective) order was later dismissed, which means this whole ordeal was built on a lie that could have been avoided had the judges recognized that she keeps filing bogus orders as a means to steal time and make life difficult for my son and I. Our lives have been impacted traumatically due to unwarranted constraints and manipulations. It is impossible for me to know when my son and I will see each other, even on my court-appointed days. I am doing the best I can to stay in his life and hold her accountable in the court she repeatedly brings us to as well as demand that the courts do the right thing. This entire ordeal is a bit unbearable. If you are able to donate funds to help me continue to protect my son from the teeth of racist, classist and sexist biased judges inside of a system that often does NOT work for people like he and I, I'd greatly appreciate it.
