My wonderfully brave niece Lola turns 8 in September and, after everything she went through three and a half years ago when a growth was found and evicted from her frontal lobe, she now has to go through it all again, as a smaller one has been found next to where the previous one was removed and treated.

Loot for Lola is about giving her something amazing to look forward to when her surgery and radiotherapy is over.

I want to fill Lola's treasure chest so that, when the storm has passed, she can spend her loot on whatever makes her happiest — an adventure, something she's always wanted, or simply a well-deserved treat.
