Long distance move home

We are reaching out to friends and family on behalf of Greg, Sarah, Sydney, Olivia, Jack Nicholas, and Penelope. They Currently live in Colorado Springs, Colorado and it is becoming very hard for them to continue to live so far away from family. They just recently welcomed little Penelope into the world but 10 weeks early at 3 lbs, 7 ozs. Penelope is in the NICU and doing well, however, it will be some time before she is able to come home. This is causing some financial strain and they are realizing just how much they need to be closer to the family. 
They have been trying to save to make the move but with all of the financial strain, their hope of being able to do so is looking almost impossible. They will have to rent a truck to drive with their belongings and drive the one car that they own which is in need of repairs.
If you are able to help with even the smallest amount it would mean the world to them and help them get back home to Savannah Ga.
