Support Lom, who is running the England Coast Path to raise money for Micro Rainbow!

Founded in 2012, Micro Rainbow supports the integration of LGBTQI people who flee persecution and reach the UK in search of safety, focusing on 3 pillars: safe housing, social inclusion and employability support.

The award winning organisation is recognised for creating the first ever national safe housing scheme for LGBTQI refugees and asylum seekers, and they now offer over 31,000 bed-nights a year.

Donating to Micro Rainbow supports LGBTQI refugees and asylum seekers in a variety of impactful ways, for example:

£10 provides transport for an asylum seeker or refugee to attend Micro Rainbow’s employability workshops, or social inclusion events.

£20 could pay for internet for a safe house, so a resident can email their lawyer about their case, and gather the supporting documents they need for their asylum claim.

£30 provides a migrant coming out of detention with a day's needs of housing, subsistence, and support

"When complete, the England Coast Path will be roughly 2700 miles long, running the entirety of England's coastline. I'm attempting to fastpack the entire trail - that means running where possible, walking where not, carrying my tent and gear on my back. This will take me over exposed cliffs, across sand, through seaside towns and into estuaries (literally). I have some ultramarathon experience but, as an injury-prone runner, staying functional is likely to be my biggest challenge.
