Lola’s Stem cell transfusion

I battled myself back and forth for the past three days, whether THIS month was going to be the month that I let people in my oh so private world about my daughter and our daily battles, PROGRESS, struggles, and WINS! About her diagnosis of H.I.E

(Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy ) and Moderate Cerebral Palsy, why she’s unable to walk without assistance.


The fight is REAL, the STRUGGLE is real, the endless tears are REAL. YET, I feel, I’m so blessed to have her. She’s taught me so much, and she’s given me strength I didn’t even know existed in me.




LOLA IS THE STRONGEST KID I KNOW..

She’s had two corrective eye surgeries, she has a g-tube, she goes to therapy three times a week for OT, PT, and Speech, but yet she STILL smiles.




Lola is 3yrs old,

•she’s learning to sit up independently,

•she can roll over four times in a row,

•she can walk in her gait trainer.

•She getting stem cells this year from her sister Zaylee umbilical cord (Cord Blood Transfusion) that goes to directly to the injured part of the brain and repairs it.

•She has two intensive therapies come up for $5600 a session with (21 days in each session)




MOST OF ALL SHE’S A KID WITH A DISABILITY THAT IS NOT STOPPING HER FROM BEING GREAT!
