Freedom Fighter Project, Marthas Vineyard Veterans

My name is Calahan D'Arcy, I am fundraising to help support my local tight-knit community of Martha's Vineyards veterans. Fundraising for veterans is important to me as my family is closely tied to the military and my own experience with my community veterans. I feel that veterans are undersupported and underrepresented in my community. I see people who sacrificed to protect our freedom and democracy struggling to find stable housing, income, or food. The money I raise will go directly to the Island Housing Trusts Veteran Housing Initiative. Overall the purpose of my fundraiser is to help my local community and show love to those who have been through hell and back just so we can live the way we do.
