LJJNR 100km in a day

On September 9th i will be taking part in the Thames Path Challenge which is a 100km run from Putney Bridge to Henley.

I will be begging and guilt tripping people on and off until that date in order to raise money for Donna Louise Childrens Hospice, Dementia UK, British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK and my own charity Ten Count Boxing CIO which works with children with special educational needs.
