For the month of March I am travelling to Jaipur, India to do a psychology and mental health volunteer program through Vocational Impact.

The volunteering consists of clinical care, child development programs and raising awareness for mental illnesses that are prevalent in India. The trip also involves creating a sustainable, lasting impact for the children, fostering growth in communities, and developing and broadening Vocational Impact's charity initiatives.

Your donation will go towards supporting Vocational Impact's community-based projects which help to spread awareness and address the stigma associated with mental health and also substance abuse disorders. To address these issues they use education, counselling and contact strategies through a mobile bus clinic to successfully conduct services and support mental health in communities. My volunteering will include participating in these community-based projects.
