My name is Denise Loveless. I am attempting to raise money for my brother to have a place of his own. My brother Michael Carle age 65 is on disability due to severe arthritis in his feet, back, neck, shoulders and hands. His disability payments are only $890 per month, not enough to cover rent, anywhere. He is currently on a 3-10 year waiting list for section 8 housing and low income senior housing. There is nothing he can do except, wait as he does not meet the emergency housing, that is not afforded to people unless they have an addiction or family with young children. Up until 3 years ago he was in a long term relationship of over 15 years with the love of his life. Unfortunately, she found that she was more interested in her addiction to meth. She no longer wanted help from him and was just too unsafe for him to stay with her due to all of her drug addicted friends in and out of their house.

We have been searching for months now for a used motorhome to live in that he can rent a space for. Everything we have found has either been gutted and running or not running at all.

We are hoping to raise enough money so that he can have a safe, decent warm, dry place to live in until which time a low income spot opens up for him. He has been homeless for almost 3 years now.

Our goal is $10,000 to $15,000 to buy a motorhome that runs and is livable.
