Hello, my name is Charlie, and I am 14 years old. I have accepted the amazing opportunity to help others and be a part of the 2026 Liverpool Archdiocese Youth Pilgrimage to Lourdes. During this week-long event, I will be taking care of and looking after sick, disabled and elderly people from our community. The pilgrimage runs from 22nd July 2026 to 31st July 2026. Leading up to this event, I will have to raise £720 to have the chance to attend.

A bit about me:

• I am a volunteer young leader at 8th Warrington East Cubs Group, after achieving my Chief Scout Gold Award (while at scouts). I do this in my free time because I like helping others and think that scouting is a worthwhile opportunity to learn new skills, even at a younger age.

• Last year I achieved my Bronze Duke Of Edinburgh Award, and am hoping to work towards my silver, if I get the chance to do it.

• In my spare time, I take piano lessons, enjoy swimming, and go to the 1st Golborne Explorers Group (linked to Scouts).
