I'm lacing up for the iconic London Marathon 2024 and doing it in support of Livability, a remarkable charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Their Livability Spinal Injury Centre in Sheffield has been a beacon of hope, offering comprehensive rehabilitation services and support for individuals adjusting to life after spinal cord injury. This exemplifies Livability's person-centered approach, where they empower individuals to make choices and actively involve them in crafting their care plans, recognizing and nurturing their unique strengths.
