Littleton Defibrillator running costs

Hi my name is Gill and I am fund raising to support the running costs of our hamlet Littleton's defibrillator. It was kindly provided by Compton Dundon Parish Council with the agreement that we in the hamlet would pay for its upkeep and running costs.

The running costs will include:

Supply of electricity (it is being metered)

Battery replacement – life is approximately 4 years (batteries are not rechargeable so will need replacing if used). The cost to replace is £267

Pads need replacing every 2 years at a cost of £70

A rough estimate of the cost of supporting the Defibrillator over 10 years is £1,000.
