Little Winter, Kerrie and Jake Covid relief

Hello, I’m Dee Clayton , mother to Kerrie Clayton, grandmother to Winter and mother-in-law to Jake Davis. We would like to begin by thanking everyone who has donated to our previous GoFundMe for little Winter- every little bit has helped and Kerrie, Jake, and Winter are so appreciative of all the support.

 

Winter and her parents, Kerrie and Jake are quarantined in Novant Hemby Children’s Hospital all Covid positive. Winter suffered severe seizures Saturday evening September 11th and was rushed to Gaston Memorial by ambulance. When the seizures couldn’t be stopped she was air lifted to Novant Hemby Children’s Hospital in Charlotte and placed in the PICU where she stayed all of Sunday September 12 and part of today, Monday September 13th. Thankfully she has been moved to a private room with her parents. Kerrie and Jake are still suffering Covid symptoms while taking care of their sick little girl. It’s absolutely terrifying for them to see her so sick. We are all so worried and we can’t even be there to comfort them.

Jake has been out of work for over a week and we don’t know when they will discharged from the hospital. When released they will still need to quarantine at home until fully recovered. If you can help, even the smallest amount, it will keep a roof over their head, their bills paid and provide money for Winter’s medication.

 

We would like to take some of the financial burden off of them while they’re sick, quarantined and caring for their daughter. Winter needs all the love her parents and family can give her, and it would help so much for Kerrie and Jake to not have to worry about paying the bills.
