Lisa S. and Her Little Boys Need Help!

Hi, Annette and Gerry are fundraising for our special friend Lisa to help with attorney fees. Lisa is my very close childhood friend and Gerry has known Lisa for years in NYC & has traveled parts of the world with her. Lisa needs our help to fight for her rightful/fair custody with the father of her two boys. Lisa had to take her two beautiful boys and flee from a domestic violent relationship with the boy's father.

She's receiving other help from all the resources she can for DV survivors where she currently resides in Orange County, California. However, the father has a lot of financial resources to pay the lawyer he hired so Lisa needs a lawyer that can fight for her rights as this man is trying to get full custody for no other reason than to spite her. She's a wonderful mom who takes care of these boys 24/7 and this man has never taken care of their daily needs. He will just hire a nanny and barely be present. Lisa is a great person who is survivor of domestic violence and loves her boys so much and she needs all the help she can get A.S.A.P.

Unfortunately, California lawyers are not cheap! A retaining fee for a lawyer is about $5,000 alone and anywhere from $300 to $500 an hour as they work on her case.

She grew up with many of us in Belvidere, IL., she lived and worked in Chicago and New York City until the father moved Lisa and their two boys to California to further isolate them. I know we can collectively help her retain a lawyer and help with attorney fees.

 

PLEASE consider helping Lisa and her two boys stay together at least half of the time. They are her world and she had to leave that situation to give them a more stable upbringing and for the safety of herself.
