Help Lionel St Pierre’s family during this difficult time

My name is Tanya Meads and I am writing on behalf of Lionel and Doris St Pierre. 

Early December marked the beginning of the unimaginable. Lionel was experiencing a lot of health symptoms that many tests could not give answers to. Lionel started experiencing memory loss and slowly the loss of his motor skills.

On January 8th, he was diagnosed with Paraneoplastic Disorder. This is an autoimmune disorder that attacks the brain. The doctors were uncertain with their diagnosis, but they started him on a 5 day steroid treatment. Unfortunately after the 5th day, Lionel started to decline further.

On the morning of January 17th, surrounded by his loving family, he peacefully went home to be with his Lord and Saviour.

I ask that you continue to pray for Doris, Maddy (Trey), Colton (Zoe), Austin, and Izzy as they need strength to get through this difficult time.

This GoFundMe has been created to relieve some financial burdens Doris will have in the days to come. Gorgeous George’s (previously Moolix) was their only income and Doris is going to need support until she can get back on her feet. It truly takes a village and Lionel had such a big heart and made an impact on the lives of so many. Our lives have all been touched by his kindness and generosity. He was always willing to help anyone out, whether it was groceries, money, or for me a roof over my head.
