This is beautiful Liliana Chinchilla she was born on January 20, 2018 and this morning at 2:20am she gained her beautiful angel wings. 
Liliana was born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) and Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS). Liliana was given a 5% chance of living when she was in her mommy’s stomach and to make it this far is a miracle. She fought an amazing fight not only for her family but also her twin sister Arianna 
that she sadly left behind but we know that she constantly going to be looking over her (her guardian angel). The money that we are trying to raise is for funeral and service fees to help my brother and his girlfriend with. We never expected things to happen so suddenly and under these circumstances we would greatly appreciate any sorts of help that we could get for our beautiful angel. I know with most peoples circumstances they won’t be able to donate and that’s okay but if you could please help me get the word out and share the link to help bring awareness to our situation. I always want to bring great attention to my brother Marvin and his amazing girlfriend Lupe. Both Liliana and Arianna where born with CDH and CdLS and from the moment they where born they never once left their side. They are probably some of the strongest individuals I know and to go through what there going through is something I never would imagine but praise them so much as parents for handling it so well and for never stop fighting for those two amazing girls.
