hi, my names Lilah & i've been out as transgender for a year and a half and have been on hormone replacement therapy for 10 months now. As life moves at such a rapid pace, I want to be 10000% content with my transition/life/happiness, but it can be so hard to do so when I don't look as feminine in certain areas of my face and/or body. Facial feminization surgery (for me) will consist of forehead reduction, to make my forehead smaller and more rounded (so I wouldnt feel as obligated to wear wigs). Along with that, FFS also will include a rhinoplasty to make the bridge of my nose less wide and more feminine from all angles. Breast augmentation can be done at the same time as FFS.. breasts being such an insanely huge part of transitioning and feeling content.
