Light Up Troy Holiday Fundraiser

Let's end 2020 on a bright note in the City of Troy, NY. This holiday season we are running a simultaneous competition and fundraiser.
THE COMPETITION:
Show your holiday spirit and light up Troy! Decorate your house, both inside and out, and share photos on our Facebook page. Just make sure you caption the photos with the City District # where you live.
At the end of the competition, the 7 members of the Troy City Council and Mayor Madden will each vote on a winner. Highest vote-getter wins a pizza dinner courtesy of Jimmy's Pizzeria and a plaque commemorating the accomplishment.
The winner then has one special choice to make all their own...
THE FUNDRAISER:
Simultaneous to this friendly competition we are hosting a fundraising effort to benefit one local Troy charity. Which charity? That is for the winner of the competition to decide.
2020 has been a difficult year for a lot of people. This competition and fundraiser is a small way all Trojans can participate and make each other's holiday season a little brighter.
Don't have the money to spare this year? No problem. Show us your decorations.
Was this year good for you? Make it extra special by donating to our fundraiser knowing your money will go to a deserving local charity.
