Hello friends and family, unfortunately life happens and often to the most undeserving. Our friend and family member Sherri and her kids could really use our help. Circumstances led her property manager to serve her a notice to move. After speaking with them and due mainly to Sherri's perfect renters history, they have agreed she and the kids can stay at the house under certain circumstances!! One of those being she needs to bank an extra months rent which is $1750.00. The amount was set to $2k to cover fees and she can put the rest towards groceries!
