Light Up Newaygo: Fund Billboards in Michigan

Hello Newaygo County, Greater Michigan and Patriots near and far!

As in the past the Newaygo County Democratic Party is raising money to place billboards in our ridiculously red area where people don’t even realize there are LOTS of Democrats and sane people who love our country and want to do something to save it from the clutches of the fascist cult that has spread a cover of darkness over our blessed land. We are the forces of light who, though we may be outnumbered believe in making Good Trouble.

In that spirit we are offering this billboard. You will notice it is not an issue ad nor does it offer arguments to be debated. We are doing this because we believe the recent darkness, fears and cynicism being fostered by the other side is fertile soil for fascism.

The less people believe in hope and joy the more susceptible thay are to dark manipulation. Joy, the central feeling that has been sweeping the nation since Kamala and Tim became our candidates makes us invulnerable to their fear tactics and becomes a shield their darkness cannot penetrate.

Therefore, this billboard is not aimed at logic or reason both of which have failed to counter the utterances of he who will not be named. Only love, hope and joy can do that. Hence the billboard aimed straight for the heart. It invites everyone no matter their affiliation to stand up, walk out of the darkness and join the party we plan to have starting November 6 th when we achieve victory!

Every donation leads to more votes in this red area which count Statewide and run up our numbers making victory inevitable so donate generously and often! If we reach our first goal we’ll aim for more billboards.
