Hi my name is Pauline. I am a fitness instructor and am really passionate about sport and physical activity being accessible to everybody.

With an understanding of early pregnancy loss, and cancer treatment, I became even more conscious of both the barriers to participation and the need for greater outreach in providing women with opportunities to learn about our holistic health: to track our physical wellbeing, to move intentionally, to find a quiet space to rebalance, to socialise, to feel connected to self and others, and to know emotional support.

I am raising money to bring a community hub of rhythm and restoration to life.

To birth a space, where I may extend the care, help, energy, and peace which I once needed, to other ladies.

Help me fix up an old building, and buy basic equipment to serve as many people as I can through providing workshops, classes and events to support and inspire those who might need it most.
