Lifting Up The Younger Generation

Hi, my name is Paul, and I own a local business in Wythenshawe called MMA Transfers. In 2023, I tragically lost my nephew in a motorbike accident on Hollyhedge Road. This heartbreaking event inspired me to make a difference in my community by helping young people find positive paths and brighter futures.

While our Private Hire Taxi Company can only assist individuals aged 21 and above, I am looking to provide opportunities for kids aged 11-21. I want to offer gym memberships, particularly for those in our local area, to help them develop discipline, focus, and a positive outlook on life.

As part of this initiative, we will sponsor 10 young people each month, giving them their first 4 weeks free to explore a new path in life at a local Boxing Academy. This opportunity could open doors for them to pursue boxing and work towards becoming professional athletes. I believe this will instill discipline and provide an alternative to the distractions of technology, offering them a chance for personal growth.

I feel blessed to be in a position to share my experiences and support others who may be facing challenges like I did growing up in Wythenshawe. Life wasn't easy, especially with time spent in boarding school, but those experiences shaped me into the person I am today. I want to give back and help others find their strength and purpose.
