My parents need a little help financially.  Their only income is what they receive from social security (and it's much less than they need). My sister's and I are all helping as much as we can and it breaks my heart to see them struggling still each month. After a lifetime of helping so many people,  they are now in need of help.  Utility bills are behind (I hate San Diego Gas & Electric) and they can barely afford their prescription medications or groceries by month end. I've made the decision to reach out to you all via this platform to try and raise enough money to help get them caught up on some of these expenses and hopefully give them a Christmas gift of less stress at this time of year.  I can't watch my mother cry again worrying about how to find the money to pay a bill or eat.
